Longhouse Scenic Drive (FR-262) to Reopen on November 22

Warren, Pa. (November 21, 2017) – The Longhouse Scenic Drive (FR-262) on the Allegheny National Forest will reopen on November 22, 2017. The road was partially closed in early August to replace several damaged culverts and to restore habitat. “There’s still some minor work that needs to be completed, so you may see some workers in the area,” said Acting District Ranger Andrea Hille. “We really appreciate the community’s support and patience as we completed this much-needed project.”
