If the Struthers Library Theatre walls could talk.....

Writer's picture: Lisa CardLisa Card

The Struthers Library Theatre has been a staple in Warren, PA. since 1883. It has served the public in many capacities over the years. It has housed the Warren Public Library, the Warren Post Office, and served as Warren's local movie theatre. The theatre has drawn many famous talents from all over the country and has found many local talents as well. I had the pleasure of attending their variety show that showcased several of our local talent. Our very own Laura Whitten was one of the talented performers playing her flute along with the rest of the Silver Winds Flute Choir. The Struthers Library Theatre is a true gem in Warren County and worthy of our patronage. If these walls could talk, I can imagine quite a few interesting tales from this historic building!!
