September 22-25th is the 57th Anniversary of the Pennsylvania State Championship Fishing Tournament in Tidioute! On Thursday and Friday the grounds and carnival open at 6pm. On Saturday the grounds and carnival open at noon and the parade is at 1pm. Fireworks will be at 9:45 and are sponsored by Tidioute Trading Post & Servicemens Home Corp. The Championship Angler will be crowned at 3pm. The closing ceremony will be at 3:30pm. County chatter Featuring your chatter ‘round the county.

2nd-4th: Free Friday 16th Annual Cornfield 500 from 2-6pm.  Displays from mega and one ton trucks along Route 6 at local sponsors. Live music will be provided by “CHROME” from 6:30-10:30pm. September 3rd gates open at 10am and events begin at noon. Sunday gates open at 12pm and events begin at 2pm. Saturday and Sunday ticket prices will be $10 for children (ages 6-20), $15 for adults (ages 21+), and ages under 6 will be free. All proceeds beneift the residents, clients, and children served by Rouse. 10th: Lottsville Loop. 8K and 1.5 mile Fun run/walk. All proceeds benefit the Wrightsville and Bear Lake Fire Depts. All proceeds will help cover medical costs for Sylar’s treatment at children’s hospitals. Sylar Moor was born prematurely with a hole in his diaphram and will need to spend months in the neonatal intensive care unit. The cost for this event is a donation and take out is available.
